Devoteam has successfully implemented ServiceNow for Ultima Business Solutions, the leading IT services provider.
The project involved moving from two legacy systems to a new customer-facing system against hard deadlines, and then providing enhanced functionality to 250 migrated customers in Phase One, a solid foundation to further future enrichment.
Ultima is already looking at additional phases as ServiceNow supports its wider intelligent automation strategy.
Devoteam completed the project on time, including implementation of the CSM and ITOM modules. Ultima is delighted with the step-change in user experience.
