This gives organisations the ability to reduce PCI-DSS compliance exposure in their environment and keep card information secure.
Callers can use their telephone keypad to enter their card details, without divulging the information to the contact centre agent. Whilst the contact centre can keep the call recording active during the transaction.
Organisations can now offer 24 hour self service secure payments through the Amazon Connect IVR to over 50 payment service providers for transactions such as bill payments, parking fines, permits and many others.This can be deployed as part of an integrated contact centre solution using Amazon Connect or as a standalone IVR to an existing contact centre using a pay as you go model.
