Our PMO Forum is designed for you to engage with peers, exchange experiences and share best practices. We will explore the possibilities new technologies bring and approaches to drive value creation.
Background
Devoteam is facilitating a forum for senior PMO leaders to address the increasing need for effective PMOs and world class portfolio management in today’s complex and project-oriented business landscape. As PMO leaders you face complex challenges related to handling rising complexity, optimising processes, dealing with resource constraints etc.
Recognizing the critical role that PMOs play in maximizing project and program returns and achieving organizational strategic goals, this initiative aims to provide a dedicated platform for PMO leaders across industries to connect.

The forum is successful, when participants find it valuable. We will continuously adjust content and formats to match your needs. However, the forum will provide a platform to:

Format of the meetings
Devoteam facilitates the network, but you decide focus and format. The forum will have quarterly meetings. The first session will include a case presentation to foster the exchange of knowledge and best practices.
Topics and issues to be addressed and discussed
Sessions will cover key aspects relevant to PMO leaders, including competence development, benchmarking, AI-driven PMO, benefit realization, and more. Based on participant input, the network will prioritize subjects from session to session.

Meetings will take place via a hybrid setup between our office in Aarhus and Copenhagen. It is free of charge to participate. Physical presence at one of the locations is required.
