Our code of conduct sets out the rules of behaviour expected of all employees worldwide. It reflects our behaviour towards our customers, partners, suppliers, and all other stakeholders of the Group.
Promote & apply Digital Ethics
Devoteam Group places special emphasis on the accessibility of its websites and apps. Devoteam websites are graded 91% according to general accessibility guidelines for administrations.
Protect Data and IT systems
Securing our operations and organisation is fundamental to meeting our client commitments and avoiding breaches. The Devoteam IT Charter defines the conditions of use and access to the Group’s information system and the general data protection policy. It applies to all our people regardless of their title or location.
Ethic alert line
Our whistleblowing system is available to all our internal and external stakeholders. It allows any victim or witness of non-ethical acts to report them to an independent actor, who will relay the information to our Ethics Alert Committee.
Onboard our value chain
Our general purchasing conditions for subcontracting and purchase include our sustainability requirements via our Suppliers Code of Conduct.
