Throughout the whole of November & December our local Devoteam N Platform teams have been very busy attending SIX ServiceNow World Forums. We started in London and finished our tour in beautiful Copenhagen. Have a look at these short summaries of all conferences:
On the 1st of November, our UK team led by Amal Lad attended the forum in London. At the session, Amal focused on the very common issue within ServiceNow customers – failing to use swathes of applications, plugins, and features included in their subscriptions, resulting in missed opportunities to get more value out of their platform and address a broader range of business and operational requirements. Based on one of our customer’s stories, he explained how you can maximise your ServiceNow investment and make good use of the platform.
Just a week later, our German team led by Gerald Haberecker arrived in Frankfurt! Together with Martin Conrad, Lead Consultant at Devoteam N Platform and Nikki Benjamin Klenk, Opportunity Manager at the City of Hanau GmbH, they discussed the Citizen Concern Management project for the City of Hanau. It’s intended to improve the coordination, sustainability and effectiveness of dealing with feedback from citizens and thus goes far beyond classic offline management of concerns.
On November 17th, our French team headed by Jean-Marc Cheverau stormed through Paris! The session run by our own Anne Granet and Isabelle Palero, Exploitation Director – Real Estate Department at EDF Group was focused all around the SILEX project at EDF. A transformation project around real estate management and occupant services.
Just 4 days later, our ALPS team led by Sylvain Bernolle showed up in Zurich. Joining forces with the German team, they have presented 5 case studies of our customers, showing the power of the ServiceNow platform and Devoteam N Platform’s guidance.
The next day we were already in Brussels with Julien Sansotero’s team. Our colleague Arnaud Delcriox had the session on Asset Management and how it serves as a foundation to tackle your challenges in compliance and how you can become a service-oriented organization.
Last but not least, our final stop was Copenhagen. On December 7th, our Danish team was led by Henrik Madsen, and together with Thomas Jørgensen, Quality Trainer at GlobalConnect & Hussein Al-Hachamy, Senior Consultant they were explaining how CSM and Devoteam showed the way for GlobalConnect to unite country-split Operations into a unified way of working.
