Devoteam has set up a welcome course for all new starters: in our opinion it is one of the keys to your successful integration into this ever-growing company. 

To have a contact during working hours, to benefit from someone who has more experience: the group has set up a training system where each new consultant is monitored for the whole of his/her career by a senior consultant: in this way we can make sure that the keys to your successful integration are always available to you.

On your arrival you will be looked after by a manager from the Human Resources Department who will help you and guide you through the procedures concerning your arrival.                    

Then, a Commercial Engineer will introduce you to all of the members of staff of the company who you will be working with every day. This is the opportunity to meet all the people who will be your future contacts in the Group; it is also the opportunity to find out about the company, those people who represent it and who are able to best help you with your integration.

Its objective is to show you the keystone to your career within the Group, the tools for knowledge and their operating methods:  
- the Permanent University: its laboratories, its courses, and its E-learning system where you can register
- the Knowledge Communities: 20 technical communities where you can register
- the Business Knowledge: its knowledge databases, the Group’s methodologies etc.   

You can also choose to become a contributor or a trainer.

During your first assignment you will be supported by the Commercial Engineer who is monitoring you. You will be introduced to the members of the team, the client, and you will be given a presentation on the project. On this occasion, the issues of your assignment and your initial objectives will be defined. After that, on each of your assignments, the Commercial Engineer will also support you, as well as assessing your integration and the success of the projects on which you work.
