Ten years after its creation, Devoteam's continues to expand in France, Europe and the Middle East.
In France, the company continues to establish itself in the regions: we are present in the South-East in Lyon with teams in Nice and Marseille; in the south-west at Castres, Toulouse and Bordeaux; and in the west at Nantes and Lannion.

In Europe, we have set up a network which is currently present in 8 countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Norway, Spain, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

In the Middle East, we are present in the United Arab Emirates in Dubai, and in Saudi Arabia. We also have a presence in Morocco.

For our customers, our partners and for yourself, come and help us to build this group whose ambition is to set up an international network. We have the solid foundations of one company. Tomorrow, if you wish, you could perhaps contribute to its expansion by working abroad.                                            

Since its creation, the Group has always considered that its value resided in its know-how: that of the men and women who make up this group.

Every year we devote around 7% of our annual turnover to training consultants and Knowledge Management. 

This training is carried out by 3 in-house organisations of the group: the Permanent University, Knowledge Management and the Knowledge Communities. Each organisation is run by permanent teams and consultants: since the start, their success has been impressive which illustrates their vitality.

This policy has several objectives for the consultants. In particular, it must allow them to:     
- capitalise on their experience from the assignments which they lead
- continue to learn whilst changing with developments and new technologies      
- seize opportunities for development through training.  

Since its creation, the Group has always given special attention to monitoring the careers of the men and women who create its success. With this in mind, it has set up a system for consultants which allows them to:                        
- have a trainer (from amongst the senior consultants),
- at the same time, to be monitored by a manger from the Human Resources Department and a Commercial Engineer from sales management                                
- steer their career by ranking (with the personal, professional and training dimensions being taken into account).         

Created at the time of telecoms deregulation, the Group has always been driven by a spirit which finds its expression in the three values which it extols: performance, respect and courage.

It is these values which has allowed the men and women of the company to come through victoriously these last ten years in a difficult market.

It is these values which lead us and which set the Devoteam apart: a youthful spirit, but also having maturity due to the experience of a difficult ten years in which to establish itself.

The Group has seen ten years of growth in its annual turnover with ten profitable years.
