  • First steps

    Since entering the world of work I have enjoyed applying my aptitude for analysis and design to solve business problems. The transition to IT service management in 1997 was a natural progression for me. My transfer to Devoteam in 2006 with the acquisition of Tertio has meant great career development.

  • Career milestones

    I am fortunate to have always worked on really interesting ITSM projects. Through Devoteam I became a solution lead on a BMC project with a major energy producer. Currently I am a lead consultant with Devoteam on a ServiceNow project for a leading UK investment bank. Being certified as both an Implementation Specialist and a System Administrator Trainer in ServiceNow through Devoteam has produced many fulfilling assignments.

  • Everyday life

    As a solution architect I manage design workshops. I enjoy leading teams to design service portals and advanced ITSM solutions. I am currently steeped in process design of a customised critical resource management system on the ServiceNow platform. I really get a kick out of solving problems that might perplex others. For me that simply means building the best solution there is.

  • Personal life

    I am married with two children and live in London. I devote a lot of time to photography. Time permitting, I enjoy listening to music and travel holidays.
