After revealing our new visual identity and confirming our positioning as a major player in delivering innovative technology consulting for business, we have even more great news to announce.
  • 100 customers and more than 100 ServiceNow experts

First of all, we are very proud to announce the signing of our 100th ServiceNow customer.

This level of penetration allows us to extend even further our services around the ServiceNow platform. Our 100 experts are busy implementing PPM (Project Portfolio Management), HR, Facilities and Finance Service Management solutions to help our clients go beyond ITSM and transform all service throughout the enterprise.

  • Broaden the perspectives with ServiceNow

Devoteam is a European pioneer of ServiceNow Express, a new service built for mid-size businesses. Devoteam launched this initiative in close collaboration with ServiceNow to develop the European market. We strongly believe in this new model and are already delivering our first references.

We are rolling out a brand new ServiceNow infrastructure within a Luxembourg-based private cloud, called UpNow. Endorsed by ServiceNow, this solution ensures that customers with high security and regulatory constraints – particularly those in the financial sector – benefit from the complete security and supreme availability of the world’s leading SaaS-based IT Service Management solution.

This unique proposition allows big companies to choose ServiceNow while keeping control of their infrastructure (own data centre and private cloud).

Already six customers have selected Devoteam’s UpNow service.

  • Meet us at NowForum

For the third year in a row, Devoteam will be a sponsor of the ServiceNow NowForums in Paris (6th October), Frankfurt (13th October) and London (15th October).

  • "As a European group we really believe in the synergies between our local offices, reinforced by ServiceNow throughout our global Centre of Excellence. That allows us to mobilise our experts on initiatives tailored to local markets across Europe and the Middle East." said Sébastien Chevrel, COO
